Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to my notarization?

You must bring:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID

  • The complete document (unsigned unless instructed otherwise)

  • All required signers must be physically present

Can you notarize documents in another language?

Yes. As long as the notarial certificate is in English and the signer understands what they are signing. I do not translate or explain legal content.

Can you tell me which document I need or give legal advice?

No. A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, draft documents, or choose forms for you. Please consult an attorney or issuing agency.
